Whitney Stephens is a lifelong artist turned tattooer from Omaha, Nebraska. Originally working primarily as an oil painter throughout her college years, Whitney learned to tattoo in 2020 after becoming disillusioned with the fine art world. Ever inspired by kitsch and vintage imagery, Whitney has been honing her signature esoteric style throughout her career.
